Simple yet and traditional Ligurian dishes are prepared in the relaxing and charming atmophere of il Mirto 2-Suite B&B.
The flavours of Liguria come together with a hint of wild thyme, rosemary,and basil.
These Herbs,along with extra virgin olive oil and olives from Taggia, are the ingredients that are used inour kitchen creatively by mam Maria Stefania.
All the food is flavoursome,fresh inviting and healthy, the simple homenade pasta, freah baked bread, bread sticks, focaccia,pizza, pesto, applle croquettes and stuffed onions.
Simple close your eyes and use your sense of smell to discover the traditional and deliciously light cuisine:all the food is flavoursome,fresh, inviting and healthy.
The course costs 120.00EUR and includes apron and kichen utensils,tasting the food with drinks.

4 p.m cookery course begins

9p.m dinner enjoyng the dishes we have cooked together.


In warm summer evenings you can dine by candlelight, surrounded by a beautifull garden in full
bloon.
